Collaborative Environment option

Instructions

The company’s admin will need to enable “Collaborative Environment” from Preferences:

This will enable the collaborative on/off icon in the case header for all users within the company shown below:

When green, cases are shared with other team members and when red, cases are not saved.

Click on save case after selecting the icon to be either red or green; shared cases are read only for all other users
