Hierarchy ArcGIS Navigator

Hierarchy ArcGIS Navigator

ESRI/ArcGIS Map functionality is a feature that is built into the Pipeline Hub (HUBPL) platform which provides a user experience when integrated with other Technical Toolboxes applications such as Pipeline Toolbox, PRCI RSTRENG®, AC Mitigation and HDD Powertools.  The ArcGIS Map features allow users to visualize case data on a map for additional context, link cases to pipeline infrastructure in shapefiles or geodatabases, and leverage the power of geo-spatial analysis.  When combined with the Hierarchy/Navigator, map automatically pan and zoom to pipes and areas of interest.

ArcGIS Map contains a Map Editor and Spatial Analysis features, which allows users to select pipes, valves, roads, rail road, water crossings, power lines, etc. to update or modify the pipe attributes of a given selected piece of pipe using spatial analysis.  In addition, ArcGIS Map contains a customizable, editor feature which allows end-users to create and enter road, railroad, water crossing, etc., along with its attributes specific to the user’s requirements.  See example below.
